A passion for human-centered leadership
In the minds of performance and results driven leaders, I am the Executive Coach that helps my clients discover more about themselves so they can lead with more: more self-awareness, more insight, more tools, more empathy allowing them to reach their goals and fulfill their purpose while remaining authentic and true to their values.
At the core of my approach is the belief that the most effective route to meaningful change lies at the intersection of powerful coaching techniques and a conscious exploration of the underlying patterns that hold leaders back.

Qualifications
Masters in Psychotherapy
Masters in Psychotherapy, specialising in Transactional Analysis.
Professional Coach training
I have completed the Professional Co-active Coach training which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) & Positive Intelligence Coach training.
BA Honours in Psychology
I have a Certificate of Therapeutic Skills and Studies from Metanoia Institute and a BA Honours Degree in Psychology from University of Exeter.
Postgraduate in Marketing
In addition, I have a Professional Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and I have been recognised for Best Individual Marketer/PR at the BOC awards and for the Excellence in Marketing & Communications Award by Women in Finance.
